The materials will kept at Warehouse , transfer to Cutting according to job assignment from production planning manager, the cut pieces with complete materials loading to Sewing lines once output come out will Trimming by end line worker and Inspection by end line QC. 
The garment will pass through Packing dept. after AQL process and ready to Export loading at sea or air port once passed the final inspection by customer’s QC.

The production capacity is 80K pieces per months with 8 sewing lines. The total employee is 180 workers. 

The lead time for new order is 120days and 95-105days for repeat order.
